General terms and conditions of business
Prices in Euro including statutory VAT. The offer is non-binding. There is no obligation to deliver. Dispatch is at the burden and risk of the buyer. Payment without discount and without expenses immediately after receipt. We reserve the rigth to delivery in return for advance payment, (e.g. for a buyer unknown to us).
Reservation of ownership until the complete payment (BGB,Bundesgestzbuch - Federal Code of Law - §455). Performance and competency of court for full traders is Albstadt. For all other customers the competency of court for the collection proceedings will apply.
Our terms and conditions of delivery are acknowledged with the order.
